Foundation of the Company

You can establish your Licensing Agency on the business page.

The newly established company will have three corporate accounts and an additional crystal account.

Workplaces

When opening the Agency, you will receive 10,000 crystals and one free workplace (Level 1). The company can have a total of up to 4 workplaces.
Each workplace can issue licenses of only one level! Renting one workplace costs 90 TXM per week.
You can set prices for each workplace individually.

The cost of organizing a workplace depends on the levels of licenses that will be issued there. Prices are shown below.

One workplace can serve only one client at a time.

Crystals

Crystals are required to extend the duration of the license.
The basic license duration is 30 days, but with crystals, employees can extend this period up to 130 days.

Providing Services to Taxi Drivers

Once you become the owner of a new agency, you will be able to obtain licenses for your vehicles at the lowest prices.

Until you pass the State Accreditation, you will not be able to provide services to other taxi drivers.

Depending on the payment method for the taxi services, the funds are credited to the corresponding company account, from where the funds can be transferred to the founder's personal account, and salaries can be paid to employees.

The cost of passing State Accreditation is 4,900 TXM, one-time.

After you pass the State Accreditation, you will gain the following opportunities:

• Issue licenses to taxi drivers
• Corporate chat (negotiation)
• Human resources: management, dismissal of personnel
• The ability to post job vacancies
• The ability to invite taxi drivers personally to work for you
• Detailed statistics on the company and employees
• The ability to conduct promotional campaigns to make your company more noticeable and attract more clients
• Receive and respond to your clients' feedback

After receiving accreditation, you will have mandatory regular payments:

• Rent at a rate of 90 TXM for each open box every 7 days.
• Renewal of accreditation, the cost is 1,900 TXM.

You can hire employees by posting a job vacancy (30 TXM) or sending a personal invitation (15 TXM).
To join the company, a potential employee must have the skill "Licensing."

Employed staff can double the license manufacturing speed every half hour.
The higher the employee's skill level, the greater the acceleration, up to 8.9 times!
For each skill level, acceleration increases by 10%.

Employees need to be paid their salary once a week.
Since clients can pay by several methods, employees will also receive their salaries to those same accounts (payments through payment systems are credited to the payment system).

If salary payments are delayed for more than 1 week, the company's account will be frozen, transactions to withdraw funds will be prohibited, and the provision of services to new clients will stop. To lift the freeze, all salary debts must be paid off.

When dismissing an employee, the obligation to pay their salary remains, and the same rules apply as if the employee had not been dismissed (this also applies if the employee resigns themselves).
