For owners
To open a Recycling Company, build a Recycling Company building in the Polis. To do this, while on the map of the desired area, click the yellow "Build" button, go to the "Businesses" tab, click the "More Details" button in the Recycling Company block, click the blue "Build" button, and place your new business on your plot or any free lot.
Upgrade the level of the Recycling Company building to increase the number of jobs in the company, the maximum number of available windows for opening, the maximum available level of recycling and smelting workspaces, and also to increase the influence points in the Polis.
Immediately after opening the Recycling Company, you will have access to 1 workspace.
There are 2 types of workspaces in Recycling Companies — recycling workspaces and smelters.
In recycling workspaces, client equipment is processed into coal. You can sell the coal on the exchange and immediately receive income of about 20% relative to all expenses "overall."
In smelters, you can smelt ore, add coal to it, and obtain ingots. By selling ingots on the exchange, you can increase your income to 40% relative to all expenses "overall."
Open new recycling workspaces to increase the number of serviced clients, produced ingots, and company income.
Click the green button with an arrow in the upper right corner of the workspace block to upgrade its level. The higher the level of the recycling workspace, the more coal you can extract from the recycled equipment.
The higher the level of the smelter, the more ingots you will receive from each smelting process.
Click the yellow button with the gear icon to go to the workspace settings. Here, for the recycling workspace, you can set the buyback prices for equipment.
For each rank of equipment, you can set the percentage bonus that the company will pay its clients — this is one way to compete with other Recycling Companies.
Additionally, in the workspace settings block, you can: switch the workspace from "Recycling" to "Smelting" and back, temporarily disable the workspace, or completely delete it.
To smelt ore, you need to choose which ore you want to combine with coal for processing and click the "Smelt" button.
This interface displays the available and required quantity of resources, as well as the output quantity of ingots. If you lack any resource for smelting, you can purchase it on the exchange — just remember to switch to the recycling company's balances in the exchange interface.
To increase the storage size of the Recycling Company, build a "Recycling Company Ore Warehouse" building in the Polis.
Communicate with your company employees using the "Chat" tab.
Create job vacancies or invite specific players to work in the company using the "Staff" tab. Your company employees perform the following tasks: in the recycling workspace — they promote the completion of the recycling process of equipment; in the smelting workspace — they promote the completion of the smelting process. Recycling and smelting do not happen automatically — only as a result of the employees' work.
The higher the skill level of a recycling employee, the faster the equipment is recycled as a result of their work. The higher the skill level of a smelting employee, the faster the ingots are produced as a result of their work.
Analyze the company's statistics and those of individual employees using the "Stats" tab.
Promote your company in the list of recycling companies. To do this, go to the "Promo" tab and raise your business in the company list based on the equipment ranks that interest you the most.
Adjust the company for optimal operation at a specific equipment level. To do this, distribute the obtained specialization points in the "Specialization" tab. The higher the level of specialization, the faster the recycling of equipment and the more coal is extracted.
Manage the company's account statuses (including the crystal balance accounts) using the "Account" tab.
You will also find a customer feedback interface among the tabs and a settings tab (where you can change the name and description, as well as the logo and background on the company page).
